Handmade water cooled scoot from '52
Built by Howard Forrest of the Mustang Motorcycle Corp. Nearly everything is handmade - including the engine. Photos from Hop Up, February, 1952 - if anyone isn't cool with that, I'll pull 'em down.

How can you not be cool with that? Long winters and ADD do funny things to people.
