Goodbye, forlorn forty five
Here are two bikes I'm sick of looking at, and they're both going to see Mr. Roche. With the power of Jay on my side the 45 will come back looking like the beautiful motorcycle that now lurks deep inside - like a princess kissing a frog. I never want to see the CB again; I've been tripping over it for years. I also have this partially race-prepped, heavily modded CB (ask me for details, I don't want to bore the populace) that I'm trying to foist onto Mr. Roche. If I'm unsuccessful, it too will go on the chopping block.
Dingleball bike.

Little belt issue this morning
My probably-needs-to-be-rebuilt 1951 transmission occasionally "pauses" between gears, today was the perfect storm of heat, RPM and pause, the result was about 120 of the 132 teeth being stripped of my drive belt.
Tried using the jam bar to get the front sprocket off which didn't work very well, then tried to remove the Primo clutch hub, again a fail. Finally did what I should of done in the first place, the old rope in the cylinder, worked perfectly, new belt on in 5 minutes.
