Just bought this for the shovel. I can hear it now...
It's NOS Giuliari (which I've heard is Italian for "Not a Bates"). Supposedly a big seat name from back in the day, though I've never heard of them and suddenly the seats are all over the place going for pretty cheap on ebay.
NICE! That's going to look good on the shovel.
