Lever placement

I know these pics have been reblogged to death but I thought the lever placement was interesting, not to mention the sweet lid.

    I don't see any other RH side footpeg; that ridiculous highway peg is all he's got.
    Also, is there a cable going under his foot leading up to a crescent wrench on his boot?

    Check the angle of the brake arm and the position of his left leg...is anything on this bike ergonomic?
